Trittico is a modular furniture set. Duccio Grassi: “I imagined a garden made of marble and metal: the garden of fallen decorations, an orderly but illusory garden. The colored marble pieces are weightless sculptures, but when leaves fall they are heavy marble. A light decoration falls heavily. Trittico is only the starting pointy of an infinitely tessellating garden, where every sculpture wraps itself around the others in an endless hug. I imagined myself entering this garden, weaving through the labyrinth of infinite embraces.”

His studio, Duccio Grassi Architects has mainly focused on retail design, where it has led the way for 25 years designing Max Mara Group's international flagship stores. DGA studio, based in Reggio Emilia and Milano, is also active in Asia ans West Asia, designing villas, buildings, hotels, and shopping centers.
